Entries are limited to girls who nre members of cooking school classes of the schools of Philadelphia. Kach Individual can enter In each of the live classes, but can make only one entry In each class. Two. Contest Is to bo limited to the bak ing of bread, biscuits, cookies and sponge cake, according to the recipes used In tho public cooking schools, or In the schools from which contestants are reg istered. Three. That conditions may be Identical In every case as to efficiency under which work can be produced, the baking Is to be done In a gas range oven only. (Arrangements have been made with tho United Oas Improvement Company to ex tend their free service during the con tlmianco of this contest, And any gas range not operating satisfactorily will bo adjusted and regulated free of charge.)
