was performed ut noon In tho itoly Trinity Me
morial Chapel by tho Rev. Floyd W. Tomkins.
Tho bride, who was given In marriage by her
fnther, was gowned In soft Ivory-white satin
and wore a long court train of tulle. Tho eklrt,
which was short, was topped by a pcplum of
tulle, from which fell a deep ruffle of old roso
point lace, an heirloom. Tho veil was also of
exquisite old family laco, and was held In place
by orange blossoms. Tho bride carried a bou
quet of lilies of the valley and gardenias, tied
with tulle.
Mlf Forney's only attendant, MIbs Susan
Lynnh Bruce, wore a frock of mnuvo bordelage
bilk. An oversklrt of tho silk was cut nway to
reveal a. pettlcout of silver lace, and sllvor lace
was also used as a trimming for the bodice.
Miss Bruce's lint wn of mauve-colored tullo
with a single pink rose, and oho carried a huge
bouquet of mauve lilacs nnd pink snapdragons,
tied with mauvo satin ribbon.
