recelvera of the bunbury and Susquehanna
Hallway company went oeiore juago cum
mlngs today and argued for termlmlon to sell
the trolley line, which company, oier bonded,
became deeply Involved In debt and finally
went to the hands of the receters. The Phil
adelphia Trust, Bate Deposit and Insurance
Company, represented by Attorney C. I-a Hue
Munson, of. Wllllamsport, and J. R Kline, of
Bunbury, executed a mortgage with the North
umberland Traction Company n 1011 for sev
eral hundred thousand dollars. Interest to the
amount of nearly 130,000 and the principal
haio not been paid, and the Philadelphia Trust
Company attempted through the County Court
ti foreclose. Then the numerous creditors
asked to Intervene as partv plaintiffs, with tho
final result that the receivers asked for per
rrisslon to sell. This action Is opposed by tha
Philadelphia Trust Company The Court held
(he decision under advisement.
