perts for the owners valued the land at
120,000 per acre.
On October 19, 1912, Calvin "W. nogera
purchased the property at the northeast
corner of SUh and Media streets, lot
33 by 170, also on tho east side of 54th
atreet, north of Media street, the lot
80 by 132. contatnlntr ttfeether 1 1-10 acres,
for J-.CC0, or at the xato ot 120,000 per
acre.
Two-story dwellings have boen built on
this property.

BSth strc-st, with a depth of 87 feet. This
has been entirely built upon with neat
two-story dwellings. Mr. Bourne, on
November 0, 1913, purchased from the
Girard Trust Company a second lot on
the west side of ESth street. 123.9 feet
south of Lansdown avenue, lot 165 by
193,7Hi. and linn built 12 more two-story
dwellings. The cost of tho ground was

North of I-ansdowne avenue Franklin
J. Moss built 2 two-story dwellings on
both sides of Stewart street, and other
bulldlnc operations arc planned, as all
of the Stewart street properties are sold
or rented.

atort, and with somo needed Improve

She Was the oldest of 14 children, four
of whom survive, Miss Aglao C, Beyer
and Miss Adele J. Beyer, Henry C.
Beyer and Illchard A. Beyer. She will
