THEPATENT STAIIP-43EALING AND PONT-MARE
PREBERVING ENVELOPE.
Tho preservation on the letter itself of the POST-MARE
and POSTAGE-STAMP, generally destroyed with the de
tached cover, has long been deemed a matter of the first
importance. This desideratum Is now triumphantly secured
by this Ingenious invention. Many °below; advantages
must arise from the general use of this envelope.
Ant—lncreased Safety by additional sealing; the stamp
connecting the envelope and letter securely together; and
this is Dever liable to be omitted, though the 'ticking of
the Bap is frequently neglected or Imperfectly done.
Sccond—Security against Impertinent Intrusion; the
letter and envelope being firmly attached by the etampe,
and Wieser° cannot ba inspected even If the flap be clan •
deetinely opened.
Third—Safety against Abstraction of Valuable Inclo
sure& If the flap be lett unsealed, or opened with feloni
ous intent, it will be impossible to open the letter and take
thence bank notes and drafts without so mutilating the
envelope as to Insure detection.
Sirwrfh—Security for the free payment of the Postage;
ea the stamp, when once properly placed in this window,
cannot be removed without its destruction.
Fifth—Advantage therefore to the Government ; by the
effectual destruction of every stamp in its first use.
Sizth—Facility to the Post Office Operations; by a uni
form location of the stamp in the upper right hand corner,
which is the most convenient peal tion for the Post Office
mark.
Seventh—Verification of the Mailing; by securing on the
letter Itself the legal evidence of the time and place of it
being mailed. This has long been esteemed so desirable,
that many prudent persona are constrained to dispense
with tho use of envelopes, that they may have the post
mark on the letter; and others take the precaution to pin
the envelope again on the letter for identification.
Eighth--Certainty of the Date and Place on the Letter,
which are so frequently omitted by writers in carelessness
or hurry.
Ninth--Ornamentation; which, though some may think
of email importance, certainly meets the approval of all
persona of taste.
Tenth—Coot. Notwithstanding the many and unrivalled
advantages of the "Stamp Envelopes," they will
be furnished at a very small advance upon the prices of
those not having the benefit of this patent.

Disease occurring from one and the same cause will be
entirely cured by the Constitution Water, if taken for any
length of time. The dose ahould vary with the severity
of the disease, from twenty drops to a teaspoonful three

the pain and urgent symptoms should be combated with
the proper remedies, then followed up with the Constitu

That disease known as FALLING OF THE WOMB, which
is the result of a relaxation of the ligaments of that organ,
and is known by a sense of heaviness and dragging pains
in the back and aides, and at times accompanied by sharp

cases, be removed by the medicine.
There is another class of symptoms aching from IRRI
TATION OF THE WOMB, which physicians call Nervous
ness, which word covers up much ignorance, and in nine
cases out of ten the doctor does not really know whether
the symptoms are the disease, or the disease the symptoms.
We can only enumerate them here. I speak more par.

Memory, Wakefulness, Flashes of Heat, Languor Iguhi.

SUPPRESSED MENSTRUATION,

sweats some on, and consumption finally ends her career.
This diseme depends upon an Inflammation of mucous

taken three times a day, with an injection of a tablespoon
