CO., No. tot etoicstreet, New - CIARNERSe LOOK TO TOUR INTER -3-2 EST I—Received the First Premiums this Fall at our County Fair, a Silver Medal on the Telegrah Fodder Cutter And Coleman's. Parm Chopping Mlll, with Proseu's improve ment. I have reeelved at my Agricultural Implement and Seed Warehouse a large stock of the Telegraph Hay, Straw and Cornfodder Cutters. four sizes, Nos. 1,2,3 and 4, suit able for large or small Farmers. The Telegraph Hay, Straw and Cornfodder Cutter is acknowledged to be the beat Cutter now in use. We claim a great many advantages over any now manufactured: let, It has the down cut, all the strain is on the frame where it should be; 2d, It is geared on both sides, and is not lia ble to wearer get out of repair • Sd, The Nos. 1 and 2 are double-geared, and can be changed to cut different lengths; the shortest cut is 7 pieces to one inch for Cornfodder; in five minutes they can be changed to cut scant % inch for Hay or Stray. The • band-wheel can (on the No. 2) be changed on either side of the Cutter to suit the power.— The greatest advantage we claim is the power. We can do as much, work with one horse as those can (that first cut, then mush) with three. Our cutter will cut shorter and make better feed, than those those that Bret cut, then crush. We all know the more power it requires to drive a Cutter the sooner It will get out of repair. We will give a few references to Farmers wanting Cutters this fall: John Saner, Christian Seas, Abm. M. Hese, Benjamin Mylin, near Willow Street, Chrle Gan Zinimerinare; John Weaver, A. Stouffer, near Goodville, John G. 'learner, Marietta, Benjamin Hoffman, Maytown, Jacob Rupp, 'Flinkletown, Benjamin Seldomrldge, David Stultzfuee, Intercourse, Jamb Duthie, Gap, Henry Eckman, Drumors Centre, Sanders McCullough, Dnrutore twp., Jas. Bare,' Mount Joy; Jacob Bachman, near' Strasburg, Gideon Kauffman, John lapp, near Concord. I could give several hundred names more if necessary. I have also received a fill . supply of Coleman's Premium Farm Chopping Mill-with Prosen's improvement. There area great many of our Mills now in use in this county, and all give very good satisfaction. The Mill is very much improved over those sold two years ago. The grinding parts are 100 per cent. harder. There is a Mill running in Philadelphia which has ground from 15,000 to 20,0 HE bush els of grain, and is runuing yet without having any repairs done to it. We will geve a few referenceis for our Mills: John Leman, Benjamin( Leman, John Smucker-and Henry Herr, Leacock twp. James M. Hopkins, Conowingo Furn ace. Benjamin Hoffman, John E. Creider, Maytown, Jacob B.'Garbor, near Mountville, Peter Grabill, near Petersburg, John C Strickler, near Salunga, Henry Neff, Harvey Brack -bill, Martin Herr, near Strasburg, Benjamin Snavely, (Farmer,) and Samuel Charles, Pelves Valley, Benjamin Bleacher, (Farmer,) Beck, Samuel Stultzfuse, near New Holland, JohnL. Eyler, Smoketown, Abraham Nnit, West Berl, Abraham M. Hess, Conestoga twp. We warrant our Mills and Cutters to give satisfaction, or no sale. Farmers are invited to give ma a call, and examine my stock of Implements, as I will sell them on the vary best terms. -•- Wantkii—New Cloverseed, at the highest market price. ADAM R. NEWELL, Gallery of Art, 724 Arch Street, Philadelphia. COMMENDATIONS: From Hon. LEW/8 D. CAMPBELL, M. C.. Ohio. My family and friends nil concur in the opinion that the (Newell) Picture is more lifelike than any thing they ever saw. My likeness has been repeatedly taken by different Artists in various ways, but I have never yet bad one which presents so true to nature, all the features and ex pressions of countenance as this. From Hon. E. Joy Mounts, late Minister to Italy. The exquisite finish, beauty and softness of your por- traits, conjoined with their durability of color and faith- fulness as likenesses, cannot fall to commend them to the attention and patronage of all who appreciate true art. From COL. JAILEs PAGE. Having occasion for a portrait, I procured one from Mr. Robert Newell, of the City of Philadelphia, a miniature in Ofl Colors, under the new process discovered by him, and take great pleasure in expressing the satisfaction given me..not only by the accuracy of the likeness, bat its artis tic finish in all respects, and recommend him to the pa tronage of those disposed to encourage the beautiful art. nor 27 ly Pt] JAMS TAGS. T"' GREATEST MEDIC AL DISCOV ERY OF THE AGE.—Dr. KENNEDY, of Roxbury, bee discovered, in one of our common pasture weeds, a remedy that cures EVERY KIND OF HUMOR, from the worst Scrofula down to a common pimple. Reader, I peddled over a thousand bottles of this is the vicinity of Boston. I knowthe effect of it in every case.— Bo sure as water will extinguish fire, so sure will this Mire humor. I never sold a bottle of It, but that Hold another; after a trial it always speaks for itself. There are two things about this herb that appear Ku - prising; first, that it grows in our pastures, In some ;Aloes quite plentiful, and yet its value has never been known until I discovered it in 1848—second, that it should cure all kinds of humor, In order to give some idea of the sudden rise, and great popularity of the discovery, I will state that in April, 1853, I peddled it and Bold about six bottles per day—in April. 1854, I sold over one thousand bottles per day of It. Some of the wholesale Druggists who have been in the business twenty and thirty years, say that nothing in the annals of patent medicines was ever like it. There is a universal praise of it from all quarters. In my own praCtice I always kept it strictly for humors —but since its Introduction as a general family medicine, great and wonderful virtues have been found in It that I never suspected. Several cases of epileptic fits—a disease which was always considered incurable, have bean cured by a few bottles.- 0, what a mercy if it prove effectual in all cases of that awful malady—there are but few who have seen more of it than I have. I know 'of several camas of Dropsy, all of them aged peo ple cured by it. For.the various diseases of the Liver Sick Headache, Dyspepsia, Asthma, Fever and Ague, pain- in the side Diseases of the Spine,.and particularly in diseases of the Kidneys, dre., the discovery has done more good than any medicine ever known.
