The Gißea . lteirt Medical DlSeovery of the
Dr. KilllolDlf, of Roxbury has discovered, in one of OUT
common pasture weeds, a remedy that come
EVERY SIND OF HUMOR,
from the worst Scrofula down to a common pimple.
He has tried it in over 1100 eases, and never failed except
in two cases, (both thunder humor.) He has now in his
possession over two hundred certificates of its virtue, all
within twenty miles of Boston.
TWo bottles are warranted to care a nursing sore month.
One to three bottles will cure the worst kind of Pimples
on the face.
Two to three bottles will clear the system of Biles.
Two bottles are warranted to cure the worst canker in
the month or stomach.
Three to five bottles Are warranted to cure the worst muss
of Erysipelas.
One to two bottles are warranted to cure all humor in
the Eyes.
Two bottler are warranted to cure ranning, s of the ears
and blotches among the hair.
Four to six bottles are warranted to cure corrupt and
running ulcers.
One bottle will cure scaly corruption of the skin.
Two to three bottles are warranted to cure the worst
ease of ringworm.
Two to threw bottles are warranted to cure the most des- '
perste case of rheumatism.
Three to four bottles are warranted to cure the salt
rheum.
.....
Five to eight bottles will cure the worst case of scrofula.
A benefit is always experienced from the first bottle, and
& perfect cure is warranted when the above quantity is
taken.
Reader, I peddled over a thousand bottles of this in the
vicinity of Boston. I know the effect of it in every case.—
&Imre as water will extinguish fire, so sure will this
cure humor. I never sold a bottle of it, but that sold an
other; after a trial it always speak for itself. There are
two things about this herb that appear to me surprising:
that that It grows in our pastures, In some places quite
plentiful. and yet its value has never been known until T
of
it in 1848—second that it should cure all kinds
of humor. .
In order to give some idea of the sudden rise, and great
popularity of the discovery. I will state that in April,
1853, I peddled It and sold about six bottles per day—ln
April, 1854, I sold over one thousand bottles per day of it:
Boma of the wholesale Druggirts who have been in the
business twenty and thirty years, say that nothing in the
annals of patent medicines was ever like it. T here is a
universal praise of It from all quarter.
In my own practice I always kept it strictly Sro humors
- a -but since its Introduction as n general family medicine
great and wonderful virtues fvund in It that I
never suspected.
Several cases of epileptic fits—a dlseaae which was al
waysconsidered Incurable, have been cured by a few bot
tles. 0, what a mercy if it prove effectual in all vas, of
that awful malady—there are but few oho-have s een mor
of it than I have.
I know of several Caere of Dropsy, all of them aged pe , )-
ple cured by it. For the various diseases of the Liver. =irk
Headache, Dyspepsia, Asthma, Fever and Ague, Pain In
the side. Diseases of the Spine, and particularly in diseases
of the Kidneys, dic., the discovery has done noire . -55 , d than
any medicine ever known.
'No change of diet ever necessary—eat the hest you get
and enough of It.

The widely renowned S. S. STEVENS, 31. P., of Went

"Having used your C•TII•RTIC PILL,/ in my practice, 'I

I confidently recommend these Pills to the
.public, as
superior to arty other I have ever found. They are sure

make them an invaluable article for public use. I have
for many years known your Cherry Pectoral as the beat

wise inferior to that admirable preparation for the treat
ment of diseases."
De. J. C. Arse—Dear Sir: I have been afflicted from
ivy birth with scrofula in its worst form, and now, after
twenty years' trial, and an untold of amount of suffenng,
have been completely cured in a few weeks by your Pills.
With what feelings of rejoicing I wnte can only be
imagined when you realize what! have suffered, and how
long.
"Never until now have I been free from ibis loathsome
disease in some shape. At times it attacked my eyes, and
made me almost blind, besides the unendurable pain ; at
others it settled in the scalp of my head, and destroyed my
hair, and has kept me partly bald all my days; sometimes
it earns out in my face, and kept it for months a raw sore
"About nine weeks agu I commenced taking your Ca

My eyes are well, my skin is fair. and my hair' has corn

"Your Pills have cured me from a bilious attack which
arose from derangement of the Liver, which had become
very serious. I had failed of any relief by my Physician,
and from every remedy I could try; but a few doses of
your Pills have completely restored me to health. I have
given them to my children for worms, with the best ef

to a friend for cortiveness, which had troubled hint for
months ; he told me' in a few days they had cured him.
You make the beet medicine in the world ; and I am free
to say so."
Read this from the distinguished Solicitor of the Supreme

myself and Welly have been very touch benefited by your

and 111=0 then has enjoyed perfect health. My children
have several times been cured from attacks of the Influ

these Complaints. Your Cerium-to Pm. have entirely
cured me from a dyspepsia and costiveness, which has
grown upon me For some years,— indeed, this cure is
moth more important, from the fact that I had failed to
get relief from the best Physicians which this section of
the country aSbrds, did from any of the numerous reme

"You seem to Doctor, like a providential blessing

A Cure for Consumption: Coughs, Colds Asthma, Bron

HAVE YOU TRIED IT.—This important question should
be asked every invalid who is suffering from pulmonary

pleasant to the taste: moreover the Phosphate of Lime is.
iu tnis combination, a most remarkable aid to the healing
properties of the pure Cod Liver Oil, as the following cer

single hour a cough, or any affection of the lungs, lest the
most serious consequences 'follow. Dr. Wilbor's prepara

has performed some surprising cures in decided consump
tion, where other medical aid has failed
Dr. WSlbor :—During nearly the whole of the past
win

of cansumption's following this trouble as the Spring
weather set in. Medicine seemed to afford ale little relief
until I tried your preparation of Cud Liver Oil and Lime.
Thu effect I ain.forced by facts to admit, wit, almosLniagi.
