opening the Markets in the city of Lancaster.
Sec. I—lto it ordained and enacted by the citizens of Lan
caster, in Select and Common Councils assembled, that from
and after the passage of this Ordinance. the Clerk of the
markets shall open the same one hour before sunrise, on
the mornings appointed for the holding of the same: that
notice of the opening of the market almli be given by the
ringing of a bell.
