Townships, Districts and Boroughs of the county
are to he opened, between the hours of eight and
ten o'clock in the forenoon, and shall continue
without interruption and adjournment until seven
o'clock in the evening, when all the polls shall
closed—kar except in the City of Lancaster,
which is regulated by the following sectibos of
