house of Henry Kennagy, in the borough of Stras
burg, in the Co. of Lancaster, a tract of first-rate

1 mile east of the borough of Strasburg, on the road
leading from Strasburg to West Chester, and nine
miles east of the city of Lancaster, adjoining lands
of John Eshleman, Henry Mussleman and others,
containing FIFTY-FIVE ACRES.
