heirs and legal representatives of Joseph. Hoover,
late of the city of Lancaster, dec’d, who died In
testate, to appear in open court on the Third Mon
day of September next, at 10 o’clock, A. M., to ac
cept or refuse to accept the remaining real estate
of said deceased, at the valuation put upon the same
by the Inquest as confirmed on the 29th day of
November, 1826.
