Mrs. Kllzabetb Mlshler, widow of the
late Benjamin MUhler, wbe was known
throughout the laud us the manufacturer
of MUhler's herb bitters, died en Tburs
day evening at her residence, Xe. 27 East
German Btroet. Sbe bad been failing In
health for seme mouths, and was an aged
lady, well known and highly respected.

J. A. Vincent, jart owner of the Uarduer
chemical works, Chicago, went te Cloo Cleo Cloe
land, a few weeks age with a lvorsen known
as Charlie O'Connor. Mr. Vincent wem
twenty-six years old. Ills companion
was much younger, of Might figure, block
airly hair, blue eyes nnd a sweet, feiuluine
voice. A few days blnce O'Connor went
te bis borne, in Allcgbeny, I'a., and at
neon Tliurlay Mr. Vincent committed
suicide by Jumping into the luke from the
bluff west of Cleveland. Mr. Vincent left
a letter saying lie had killed himself be
cause Charlie O' Cenner had goue back en
him. It is thought O'Connor was n girl.
Mr. Vincent's father is an I'plscepul clergy
man in Kan vis City.
