The eighth reunion of the high sclioel
alntnnl was held en Friday evenieg at
Esfalemanks hall. There was a' large at
tendance of graduates. In addition te
twenty of the class of 188(1 there were a
number of ethers joined the association.
In the nbaence of President Clee. M.
Hambrlght, who la In California, Dr. F. A.
Muhlenberg presided.
The treasurer' report for the year was
presented, audited and found correct.
Mrs.Chas.F. Bengler read a brief history
of the association's past year, and referred
te the deaths and marriages since the last
reunion In 18.38. Jehn A. Mcflrann, Millie
C. Swope, Frank B. Deyle, Win. F.
Swllkey and Mrs. Charles Jehnsen died.
During the year thirteen members of the
association were married. The election of
elllcers resulted as follews: President,
Oeorge M. Hambrlght; lce presidents,
Mrs. H. Hellman, Miss Emma L. Dewney:
secretary, Harry 1. Spencer; treasurer,
Jehn C. Carter.
After the business meeting secral hours
were spent in dancing, singing by the
members, the playing or selections en the
piano and music by the high school or
chestra. Frank B. McClain, Misses Kale Shirk
flrace Wylie and Jennie Skeen favored the
association w Ith selections, and MIssSue
Slaymaker and Prel. Haas played aevrral
fine seloctlens. Bcfreshmcuts were served
under the direction of the executlve com
mittee. The reunion of 18W) as voted as a
successful one, and all wern loud In prills
of the excellent manner in which the exe
cutive committee arranged the details of
the reunion.

of the American Mechanic Building and
