shippers. This expert trade in bitumi
nous coal from Philadelphia by the
Pennsylvania railroad is enjoyed by two
shippers, whose relations with it arc very
intimate. The company takes from
them what rate of freight 11 can get.
That is what it will take from Head
ing, Lvncastcr, Harrlsburg and the ether
manufacturing towns of Kastcrn Penn
sylvania. When the factories step It
will give llieni whatever rates it must
