effectlve by injunction proceedings; but
it is an ineffective remedy in comparison
te the criminal punishment that the
Legislature could prescribe. Doubtless it
the constitution is amended te prohibit
liquor selling, that buslness may be en
joined; but it will be peer In result com
pared with the flee nnd imprisonment
that the legislation may order.
