striction or immigration, giving Amerlcan

W. H. Intnan, Justice of the peace, said
that during the pest year he had committed
160 vagrants te the workhouse, and of that
number only 13 were Ameilcan born. He
advocated the restriction et Immigration.
E. S. Kurlz rolated Inoidenlsof his ex ex ex

era In the coal regions of this state, and ad
vocated the restriction of Immigration and
