Queen. In this case the viewers appointed
recommended the cpenlng of the street and
assessed dsmages te Samuel J. Demuth, the
owner of the property. Before that report
became ll nal a petition was presented for the
appointment of reviewers and exceptions
were tiled te the report of viewers. The su
preme court held that as there was net a
final decree In the case, by our court, there
was nothing before thorn and dismissed tbe
certiorari. This leaves the report of viewers
befere tbe court for confirmation absolute at
the August term. If confirmed absolutely
then en the decree of the court It can be
taken te the supreme court next May.

some time Tuesday night They entered tbe
yard by scaling the fenee between It and the
lumber yard en the north slde. With a
chisel or Jimmy they pried open tbe bar
room shutters, breaking one of them and
also the iron belt Inside. They then crawled
through the window, and, taking tbe key,
which hung behind the bar, opened tbe
deer e,r the otllee, directly in the rear et tbe
barroom. They forced open a drawer in tbe
writing desk and stele 1 1.00 In money, which
was all It contained. Alter taking a bottle el
ginger ale from the barroom they tied. Be
fore quitting tbe premises, however, tbey
drank the ale In the yard, leaving tbe bottle
behind.
