Simen Single, who served three months In
Jail for failure te comply with the courts

the sum decreed.
Mary J. Boek went te Jail at the January
sessions for costs. Her cumin 1 endeavored
te have her discharged this morning, she
having served thirty days, but tbe court do de
cllned te discharge ber and Mary Jane went
back te Jail for CO days longer.
Abraham Parmer, of West Lampeter
township, was granted a soldier's llct..se te
peddle in the county of Lincaster.
Tbe restaurant license or Jehn llartman,
5th ward, city, was transferred te Jeseph
Kautz.
Jehn M. Wlssler, of Illghvllle, Maner
township, was arrested and brought before
the court en an attachment issued. lie was
tbe guardian of a miner child or Jehn M.
Rhoads, and the allegation was that be failed
te account for 51,300 belonging te bis ward.
Tbe answer tiled by blm, however, showed
that he never recelved any part or tbe 51,300
into bis hands, that amount having been lest
through the fault of tbe attorney Interested,
who allowed the Judgment te run out The
court ordered Wlssler's release and took tbe
papers for examination.
