There are some sleighing turtles en the
streets, but net many, the streets being
rather nn broken as yet, and the northwester

All the trains from the East coining Inte
thecity this morning wero late. The .News
Kx press, which should hare arrived at 0:20,
did net arrive until 930, and then It came in
sith two locemoties atteched. It was
first detained near Glen Leck by n
freight train which Jumped the track, en

blockaded the read. After this had been
.cleared away the train ran into great drills
of snow at Frazer's station, which detained

Complaint was made against the Maxim
Electric. Light company for allowing het

street. It Is claimed that the water damages

Complaint was also made against the Rast
King btreet Railway company, as it Is said
that the tracks have net ben laid at the
proper grade In the neighborhood of the
reservoir.
