Mrf. William Mclntyre, living en Filth
street, met with a serious accident at her
home yesterday. The lady had occasion te
go Inte the cellar, and In descending made a
misstep, which caused her te fall down the
entire flight te the cellar lloer. The noise
made by the falling was heard by the family,
who quickly went te Mrs. Mclntyre's asslt asslt
nce. She was taken up stairs ntid medical
attention nutnmoned. Upen examination It
was found the fall had resulted In the break,
leg of the cellar-bone and the dislocation of
the shoulder.

Mcaes Gilbert sustained a serious less this
morning by the upsetting of his uillk cart by
Heme boys. He was pushing his cart along

some boys began playing with the cart and
pushed it into the gutter, causing an upset.

Sampson Townsend, of Bloomsburg, aged
71 years, was married Thursday night
by the Bev. C. M. Winchester of
the Free Christian Church, te Mrs.
Julian Gillespie, of this village, aged 71. The

Hebert Byrant, aged 0 years and the brides
maid was Miss Grace Mapes, aged I years,
both of whom are great-grand children or the
