discovered that the strenger was preying upon
the weaker. This we supposed wa merely
abnormal, owing te their conllueiiieut, but
subsequently the late Jacob MLiuller called
ourattentieu te a colony lu a grape arbor In
his garden, where we observed the same
phenomenon. Out or a colony or 60 young,

gergarieus, but when they reach adolescence,

This may be a prevision, though nature, In
