committed a few days age by Alderman Mc Mc Mc

conduct, was taken before Judge Patterson

neoa. His wife, who had him committed,
was willing te nlva him another chance, as
Kreiner was sick during the time he wns lu

Benjamin Weaver was heard by Alderman

cruelly Ill-treating a steer. The alderman
imposed a line et f 10 and costs ami Weaver,
through Ilia counsel, asked that the line be

him. He was taken before Judge Patterson
