William Gamble has inade complaint
against Henry Gallagher for assault and
battery, befere Alderman Rarr. He alleges
that Gallagher struck him in the eye, black
ing that member, last night, without any

that Gamble, while drunk, went into Galla
gher's barber shop and bohaved sodlserdorly
that be was ejected. A suit for disorderly
conduct has been preferred against hi m by
Gallagher before Alderman Pinkerton.
