Death of Iter. Geerge KichelU.
Geerge Hicbeltz died en Monday at his
residence about two miles below Hughes
vllle, Lycoming county, Pa. He bad been
sick for a long while, and, owing te his old
age, grew werse until Monday morning
when death relleved liim et Ills sufferings.
Rev. Eicholtz was a minister In the Lutheran
church, and for many years preached at the
Kmanunl Lutheran church below Utighes Utighes
vllle. He was highly respected, a devout
Christian and faithful (servant of the Lord.

or them Jacob, odlter or the Sunbury Demo
crat and postmaster of that place. The run-
end took place Thursday morning, the re
mains being interred In the Muncy cemete

collection of district and township debts,
limiting the amount which may be collected
in any ene year. An act te prescrlbe the
manner by which the courts may divide
wards In boroughs into election districts.
An act requiring the names of principals and
(heir agents registered in the recorder's
ofllce iu the county wherein their place or
business Is located.
An act te enable city, county, township
and borough tax collectors te collect taxes for
the payment or which they have become
porseually liable, without havlug collected
the same by expiration or the utitherity of
their respective warrants, and te extend the
time for a period of ene year from the passage
of this act The governor sees no reason why
these collectors should be reinvested with
their efllclal authority te save them from the
consequence of their neglect

wages or labor and providing the manner In
which the same may be collected. The
govorner says; "Thcre are many geed
enactments in this bill, but it contains ene
