particulars of the tragic affair : Wlien the ac

hurled against Brown, and togethor both

er was killed outright, his skull being frac

twolve minutes after the accident had hap hap

"were taken charge of by A. J. Musser, of
Columbia, en their arrival there, and from
his undertaking establishment were trans
ferred te their rospective homes.
The nature of the wounds of both men is
ample proof that they wero net struck w hlle
in a sfttlnix position, as the wounds would
have been lewer down. Flsher, besides
having his skull fractured, had a bruisu en
his left shoulder, and a gash alongside of his
noeo. Brown's death probably resulted from
a sudden shock te his brain, as his skull is
net fractured, only gashed, and net (loop
enough te cause death. Several bruises en
his face and a broken fingorare there malnder
of his injuries.
