After some conversation between the parties a new contract was made by which phintiff were te receive 20 eents per pound for first wrapper, 10 cents per pound for wbite vein wrappers, Bhert wrappers and soeonds. The tobacco was weigbrd and plaintiffs received a check for 81,010.33 That amount, the defendants elaim, was in full for tbe tobacco.
