them the Eleventh street property, as they
solemnly declare "Miss MiramltU, the

dangerous wound, Jenes then rode te the

discharged several shots into it, but the
family eseaped te a neighbor's, He then
fled te the country, but was pursued and
captured about a mile from town.
About a week age Jenes was brenght
before a jury te have bis sanity passed
upon. Siecn then hn has threatened the
lives of all who testiflnl against him, aud
he was endeavoring te carry his threats
into execution. Publio opinion seeras
divided as te his Insanity. Ue is new in
jail and great fear is entertained that he
will be lynehed.
