McKenuan and Butler for a writ of habeas corpus rh the case of Jehn B. Dennis, who is at present imprisoned in the Lancaster county jail. Net long Bincn Gov. Pattuieu issued a warrant for the arrest of Dennis aid di rected his delivery te the state of Mis seuri. Subsequently, however, the writ of extradition was stayed upon, it beiug shown te Governer l'attisen that Dennis had becu wanted in Lauer county upon the charge of forgery prier te the issuing or Governer Crittenden's requisition.
