TJEIOARTTS OLU WINE STORE. Brandy as a Medicine. The following article was voluntarily sent te Mr. II. E. Shlyinakcr, Agent for Reigart't. Old Wine Stere, by a prominent practising physi cian et this county, who has extensively used tlie Brandy referred te in his regular practice. It is commended te the attention of theso af flicted with Indigestion and Dyspepsia. BRANDY AS A MEDICINE. ThW new much abused Alcoholic Stimulant was never intended as a beverage, but te be used as a medicineef great potency in thecuie or some of the destructive dkeafes which sweep away their annual thousandsef victims. Withiiimrclvnhllaiithrenie motive w nr sent te the favorable notice et invalid. espe cially these afllicted with that miserable dis ease Dyspepsia, a speeillc remedy, which 13 nothing mere or less than Brandy. Tlie aged, with feeble appetite and mere or less debility, will find tills simple medicine, when used properly, A Sovereign Remedy or all their ills ami aches. Be it, hewevei strictly understood that we prescribe and ue bu t one article, and that is REIGARTS Oil) BRANDY, Sold by our enterprising young friend, II li SLAYMAKER. This Brandy has steed the lent for years, and has never failed, as far as our experience extends, aud wc therefore give it the preference ever all etaer Brandies no matterwith hew many jaw-breaking French titles they are branded. One-fourth of the money that Is yearly thrown away en various impotent dyspepsia specitics would sulllcu te buy all the Brandy te euro nnysuch case or ases. I n proof of the curative powers et Reigart's Old Brandy, In cases of Dyspepsia, we can summon num bcrs et witnesses one case in particular we cite: A hard-working larmer had been allllcted witli an exhaustive Dyspepsia for a number of years; his stomach would reject almost every kind of feed; he had sour eructatiens con stantly ue appetite in fact, lie was obliged te restrict his diet te crackers and stale bread, and as a beverage he used McUraun's Reet Beer. He is a Methodist, and then, as new, preached at times, and in his discourses often declaimed earnestly againstall kinds of strong drink. When advised te trv Reigart's Old Brandy, In his case, he looked up with astonishment, but after hearing of its wendcrlul elleets in the cases of some of his near ncquaiutaneee, he at last consented te fellow our advice. He used the Brandy faithfully and steadily; the llrst bottle giving him au appetite, and before tlie second was taken lie was a pound muu.wltli a stomach capable of digesting any thing which licjchesc te eat. He still keeps it and uies a lit tle occasionally; ami since lie has this medi cine he has been of very little pecuniary bene fit te the doctor. A Pkactishm Physician. H. E.
