Henry's Hospitality. Themas Fame's Spectacles and Shee Buckles. We copy from the paper entitled Among the Pines, published at Lake Pleasant, (Ms.,) during the Spiritual camp meeting lately held at tliat resort the following interesting fact in relation te Themas Paine, showing that his spectacles and shoe buckles are new preserved in the patent office at Washington : "S.'M. Baldwin, of Washington, D. C, has presented a bust of Themas Paine, made by Clark Mills, te the United States patent office, and it has been placed near the front deer in one of the most con spicuous places in the building. He has also deposited there the shoe buckles and spectacles which Paine were while writing the fifth number of 'The Crisis.' The Hen. William Henry was a merchant and manufacturer in Lancaster, Pa., in 1770, and his hospitality was widely known and during the scssieus of Congress in that place, he entertained many of the members, and also Paine, Franklin and ether illustrious men bearded and ledged in his house and enjoyed his extensive library. It was in that library that Paine wrote the fifth number of 'The Crisis' that se thrilled the American heart; and there he left these spectacles and shoe buckles." The spectacles and shoe buckles worn by Paine arc enclosed in the same glass case which contains relics belonging te Jeffer Jeffer eon and Franklin. lleiv's the Itaby, "Hew's the Baby?"
