Increasing the width of sidewalks en North
Queen street between Penn Square and Orange
street, and authorizing Councils by Joint reso
lution te change the width ersidewalks in the
city or Lancaster in certain cases.
Section i. ISe it ordained by the Select and
Common Councils or the city of Lancaster,
that the width or the sidewalks or pavements
en North Queen street (en both sides) between
Penn Square and Orange street be increased

Sec. ii. That owners or property en said
North Queen street between Penn Square and
Orange street shall be required immediately
utter the passage or this ordinance te set curb
stones se as te make the said sidewalks con
form te the Increased width provided for in
Section 1; and that in default thereof the Street
Committee shall have such curbstones set as
provided for by existing ordinances, at the
cost of the said owners or property,

Wine Stere, by a prominent practising physi
cian et lids county, who lias extensively used
the Brandy referred te in his regular practice.

This new much abused Alcoholic Stimulant
was never intended as a beverage, but te be
used as a medicine et great potency in the cure
of some of the destructive diseases which
