GREAT IMPROVEMENT !
Simple and Economical!
MAW attempts have been made to produce
a Coffee l'ot capable of condensing ami
retaining the aroma and strength of the Cotiee
ordinarily wasted by evaporation, and vet be
simple enough to come within the limits "of or
dinary comprehension. Hitherto this desirable
end lias been very imperfectly attained, and bv
means difficult to explain and understand.
THE OLD EMPIRE COFFEE P,)T
lias none of those faults; on the contrary it is
so arranged as to condense perfectly, and theie
hy retain all the ricfi fragrance and strength of
toe Coffee, giving a most delicious beverage at
a quarter expense, and yet is so perfectly
simple that it is actually impossible to make
any mistake. A child can comprehend the
whole thing perfectly. All who have used this
Coffee Pot are delighted with its great simplicity
and excellence, for sale at the Tin and Stove
Store of J. li. SELIIEIVIEIi.

As specifics for the above men

Their unprecedented popularity
has induced the proprietors,
