recipe, which, he says, if faithfully ear

Scarlet Fever. —For adults, g-ve one
table-sp>ooniu. of good brewer's veast, in
three table-spoonfu s of sweetened wa'er,
three limes a day; and if the throat U
much swollen, gurgle with yeast, and ap
ply yeast to the throat asapoult.ce, m:xed
with Indian meal. Use plenty of catnip
tea, to *eep the eruption out of the skin
for several days.
Small POT. —Use the above doses ol
yeas: three times a day, and milk dies
throughout the entire disease. Neariv
