PENNSYLVANIA ELECTION.
By the following majorities, nearly all of
which are official, it will be seen that the
majority for Col. Bigler, the democratic can
didate is 8,809. McKean, Elk and Warren
to hoar from which will probably increase it
to near 10,000.
Gen. Seth Clover is elected Canal Commis
sioner by about the same majority.
Messrs. Black, Lewis, Gibson and Lowrie,
democrats, and Richard Coulter, whig, are
elected Judges of the Supreme Court.

Court House, in the borough of Lewistown, on
SJTI RD.IY, November Ist, 1851, at 1 o'clock,
I'. M., the following described real estate, to

All the interest of Joseph A. Bell in a certain
lot of ground, situate in I nion township, adjoin
ing lands of Yost Voder, on the northeast side
ot the great road leading from Belleville to
Greenwood Furnace, laid olf by a line running
from the said road to the line of the said Yost
Voder, parallel with the east end of the black
smith shop, thence along the line of the said
Voder down the creek till it meets with a line
straight with the fence which encloses the house
yard on the west side, and adjoining the said
road, thence along the road to the place of be
ginning, containing two acres, more or less.—
ilis interest in said land may be seen by refer
ence to an article of agreement entered into the
23d day of August, A. D., 1845, between Chris
tian Zook arid Joseph A. Bell, both of the town
dap aforesaid, and recorded in the office for re
cording Deeds. Ac., in and for Mitflin county,
in book C, page 23D. Seized, taken in execu
tion, and to be soid a s the property of Joseph Jl.

ALSO, all the interest of It. H. Montgomery
m a lot of ground in Granville township, con
taining three-fourths of an acre, more or less,
bounded by other lands of K. 11. Montgomery
on the south, on the west by M'Coro's heirs,
and on the north by lands of the heirs of Geo.

provements thereon erected.
ALSO, a tract of land in Granville township,
containing 5U acres, more or less, 43 acres 1
cleared, bounded on the south by lands of John
Kays, on the west by M'Oord's heirs, on the
north by Joseph Bartholomew's heirs, and on
the east by Klias Penny packer, with a Log
House, Burn, and other improvements thereon
