At 0 o'clock a. m.,on Wednesday,tbe nth of October! lie horses of all classes, and the mules contending for premiums, will be brought upon the trial courso for inspection and judged according to the arrangements of the Committee. 4. Tho Plowing Match is to take place at 9 o'clock ni., on the day the Committee of Arrangements may fix. S. . Tbe address will be delivered on Thursday afternoon, at 2 o'clock.
