The animal too bit several cows aud dogs, and they immediately showed symptoms of the disease. Mr Hawk being quite a wealthy man, call ed physical ns to see his child, and had everything possible done to prevent an attack of the horrid disease. She escap ed, grew to be a woman, and was married, but still no decided symptoms appeard.
