L. Lemberger to act as Secretary. Chaplain Amber, who had been a prisoner at Richmond, and Rev. Mr. Par yin, who has been actively engaged in the ser vices of the Commission, made speeches. The best means to accomplish the object of the meet ing was discussed, and it was finally determined to appoint a Committee of five to supervise col lections here, and act in concert with the head establishment of the Commission. This com• mittee is composed of D. M. Karmany, Jacob Beadle, J. L. Lemberger, Geo. L. Atkins azd J. W. Killinger.
