COMPOSITION ROOFING,
HA naz s Bunn , PA.,
ESPECTFULLY inform the citizens of Hay
risbtirg, Reading, Lancaster, Lebanon, and
their vicinities, that we urn prepared to put.on
roofs on most liberal terms, and at the sborteit
notice.
We respectfully cull the attention of persona a
bout to build, to our invaluable method of rooting,
now much used throughout the principal cities of
the United States and their vicinities. This mode
of roofing having all the combined requisites of
cheapness, Durability, and Security against File
and Water, and dispensing with high gable walls;
the roofs require au inclination Lf not or) c than
three-quartors (I) of an inch to the foot, and in
many cues saving the entire cost of rafters—the
ceiling joist being used.
The gutters are made of the seine =atrial,
without any extra charges ; consequently, our
roofs are put up at almost half the cost of either
Tin, Slate, or Shingles; ' The material being of
qa imperishable nature, it surpasses ell others in
Durability ;—besides, in case of any casually; it
is the roost easily repaired of any other roof now
in use. Yet, the best proof we can offer as to its
being both fire and water proof, are our many re
ferences, to any ono of whom we are at liberty
to refer.
N. B.—But lot it be distincdy understood,
(since we manufacture our own composition, and
do tho work in persun,) that wo warrant all our
work proof against both Fire and Water ' • Wpm' ,
prove contrary, we will most willingly abide - th'e
results.
The materials boirg mostly non.eonduetors of
beat, no roof is so cool in summer, or so warm in
winter. Those wishing to use our roof should
giro the rafters n pitch of about one inch to the
foot. [Envy 27,1554.--Im.

Vi R. 3101 t M. the inventor of Mouses STIA X Boor Pius
JJ has spent the greater part of his lint 'in traveling,
havinp visited Burope, Asia. and A Pries as well as North
America—has spent three years among the Indians of our
Western country—it was in this way that the 'lndian hoot
Pills were first discovered. Dr. Mom was the Vire man
to establish the fact that all disease: arise from Impurity
of Vie Blood—that our strength, health and life depended
upon the vital fluid.
When the various passages become clewed, and do not
net in perfect harmony with the different functions of the
body. tho blood loses its nctkm, becomes thick, corrupted
and diseased; thus cowling all pains, sickness and distrm
of every name; one strength is exhausted. our health we
are deprived of, and if nature is not Assisted in throwing
off the atm:merit humors, the blood will become choked
and cease to net, end thus our light of life will forever be
blown out. lfow important then that we should keep the
various messages of the body free and open. And how
pleasant to us that we have it In our power to put a med

which these Pills are made le a Sudorific, which opens
the pores of the skin, and assists nature in throwing out
the finer parts of the corruption within. The second lava

performs its duty by throwing on' pilegm, said other hu

the Pills while engaged is purifying the blood; the wan.

outlets, are thus token up and conve, yedolf in great quell

From the abeve, it is shown that Or. Morse's Indian
Root Nils not only enter the etc/each. but become tint

completely rout oat and cleanse the system from all im
purities, Mid the life of the body, 'which is the blood, be.

pain is driven from the system, for they caunotreuialtt
when the betty becomes so pure and clear.
The reason why people are so distressed when siek, and
why so many die, is because they do nut get a medicine
which will pose to the Afflicted parts. and whieli will open
the natural mamma, for the disease to be cw't out; hence,
a large quantity of toed mud other matter is lodged. and
the stomach and intestines urn licanlly overflowing with

. HOLLOWAY'S OINTMEN T. -
CIRCULAR TO Tilt. SICK.—The first hospital sur

unparalleled anti-inflammatory and healing properties
of this ointment; geveinments sanction its use in their
navel and militarY services; and the masses thisenan
try and throughput the, world repose the utmost con&

coeof, inlimismatiou and corruption which underlie the
external evidences of disease, and neutralize the fieryel

Rheumatism, Scrofula;.Erympelas.
These are among the most terrible:and agonizing die!

In their worst forms, and when seemingly ineurable, thiy
invariably disappear under a persevering applicationnf
this soothing, healing antidote to pa inend inflammation.
Salt Rheum, Feller Sores, S'tiff Aim ,

In all cases of Salt Rheum. where medical waters; let

useless, the Ointment wilt accomplish a thorough cure.
Fever Sores heel quickly under its influence, and its re

Discharging Ulcers.
A most lama' kable and happy change is produced in
the anpeeranceo f malignant niters after a few applica

place of the discharged matter. This process goes on
more or legs tepidly until the orifice, filled up with
sound material, and the lacer radicallY cured.
