of special merit manufactured outside of the
oounty may receive a diploma If ao reeomeoded
by the Jodgee of tbolr respective class.
7. All persona entering animals and articles
fur eihibitioa most procure carda from the Sec
ret try, and attach the aame to the animal or
article previoua to being placed upon the ground.

cleis, with the name ol the article will appear on
the card attached, but the name of the eihibitor
will not appear.
8. Tha officer! will he on the grounJa at 9
o'clock on TI'KSDAY MORNINU, September
Htb, and all animate and artiolee are expected
to be entered on that day ; but exhibitor! M UST
have their exhibita entered on the Secretary's
book and have them within the encloiore by 12
o'clock on Wedneaday, the Brat day of the Pair
except horaai for pleasure or trotting preroiuma.

but three days of tha Fair this year.
9. No person shall aee or be informed of the
nam be re or kinds of entries, except the officers.
10. When no competition occurs In anv class.
premium ahall be awarded only when the In

and this ahall not necessarily be the first premium,
but such aa in the judgment or the examining
committee the article deserve.
11. An animal entered for exhibition in one
class oannot compete for a pram i urn in any other

be exhibited aa one of a pair, or in the olass of

16. All animals in olasses I, 1, S, 4, a, 0 and 1
must be shown on the track at It) o'olock on
Friday morning. Those not exhibited will not
be examined.
10. Betting and warerinf unon the Society
grounds are etrietly forbidden.

20. Eating saloons, selling all kinds of eatables,
fruits, note, candies, and refreshing drinks (other
than intoxicating drinks) will he licensed to sell
on tba ground, by pay tog to tbe Secretary twenty
dollars ($20) pr7toue to aoinc onto the around.

21. Hacks, carrying passengers In and out of
oi toe grounds will be charged a license of ten
dollars. (9 19) to be paid to the Secretary before
going on the grounds. Eec'h back will be entitled
to tickets of admission for two persona.

of the grounds during the Fair for twenty dollars,
($1'0) to be paid to tbe Beeretarr before rolnr on
tbe grounda. Kaoh "flying horae" is entitled to

28. All peanut aad lemonade sellers, fexoeot
those paying $20 license) all games of ehaoca,
lottery schemes, hucksters and peddlers, will be
strictly excluded from tea grounds, and will not

There will be an auction sate of stock on the
last day of the Fair, at 2 o'clock. Thoee desiring
to fell will please notify the Secretary as to the
kind of atook and number, prior to the day of

No discretionary premiums shall be award ml,
but articles and animals which are not included
in the regular list may be commended, and the
commendation together with the reason therefor,
entered on tbe Committee's book for action at
aotoe regular meeting of Ihe officers of the Asso
ciation. If it be ascertained that any exhibitor haa
made, or eauaed to be made, any false statements
in regard to any animal or article exhibited, or if
any exhibitor ahall attempt to interfere with the
jnugee in tnc periormaaoe or their duties, by let
tar or otherwise, ha or she shall be excluded from
competition.
There will be a Committee of three Judgea for
each elaas.
