the rain and mud made it somewhat uncotnfortav
ble. ' We bare not the time, nor disposition, to
criticise tbe management of tbe Fair, believing
that all was done tbat onald be done nnder the
etrcumstaucu to make It a success. The officers
will, no doubt, furnish tbe public with a pro
gramme of tbe premiums awarded, after which all
will tben be ready to pass an opinion. Whether
that will be favorable or unfavorable, remains to
