To rppulnto elections and punish fraud, therein

Section 1. Re it enncted by the Sen
ate and House of Representatives of the
Lommonwealth of rcnnxylvanui in Gen
eral Assembly met, and it is herebii en
acted by the authority of the same, That
in all. flections uoreuflor to bo held
by any voluntary political association
or parly in tho county of Clearfield,
for tho nomination ol candidates for
fmblic odieo, the persons chosen to
told snid elections us judges und in
rpectors or clerks nnd ollicers, or nny
person in their iibseneo or refin-al to
serve assuming or choson in their place,
shall first bo sworn or uflirmed ly
somo olllccr niitlinmed to tulmiiiisicr
oaths, or in tho ubsense ol such olliter
by ono of the inspectors or clerks of
such election.
