This movement of tho Commissioners secures tho use of tho old, until the new Prison is erected, nnd thereby saves thousands of dollars to tho tux puyers, by avoiding tho transportation and maintenance of prisoners in the prisons of adjoining counties whilo creeling tho building on the old site.
