Lawrence School District, it will be

provisions of the first section of this
act, it shull be lawful for any ol the
purlins in interest to sue out a writ of
osirepmont to prevent unj- further cut
ting thereon or the removal of any
titnoer then already cut. or both ;
which said writ shall be of force until
tho interest of ibo parties shall beset
out in severally, or the writs dissolved
by the court, or the action of partition
in reference to said luud finally ended.
The said writ of eslrepment shnll be
obtuined by aflidavit and allowance,
in the same tna,.rter and witb like pro
ceedings as to itserviee and dissolu
tion as aro now by law allowed and
