The trotting course is level, wen graueo, and
one-third of a mile in circuit. Ample arrange
ments will be made fur the convenience of spec
tators. Children under ten years of age not admitted
unless aoeompaoiod by their parents.
Every person wiibing to be enrolled ss a mem
ber of this Society must apply on or before tot
first day of tbe Fair, and oa the payment of one
dollar to the Treasurer shall receive a certificate
f membership, containing the name of the ap
plicant and endorsed by the Secietary.
Every person becoming a member a. above
stated shall, on the preeentaiion of his eertificate,
receives ticket which will admit bins free duriog
tbe Fair. Any poison complying with the aboe
regulations and psyinJ $10, shall become a life
number, and shall be exempt Irora all eontribu
ami ahall annually nhih froui the Secre
tary a free family ticker.
All persons must be provide! with tickets
which can bo bad from the Executive Committee.
Treasurer or bccre.ary, or at the office on the
ground. Persons acting as judges are expected
toleroine members of the Society. Persons from
other counties can become members by oouiuly-
ini with tb above rules. Ladies can become
members by making sppliention as above, and
payiag into the treasury City cents, whin they
will receive a ticket to admit them free.
Exhibitors must become members of th Soci
ety, and have their animals and articles entered
on tbe Secretary's books on or before the 2d
day of October; ard all animal, and article.,
except horses, must be bruaght within tbe en
clopure as early as Wednesday, at 12 o'clock, M.,
and all persons entering animals and articles for
exbibitioo will procure cards from tbe Secretary,
with the class aud number of entry of said arti
cles, previous to Placing raid article oa the
ground. Hay and straw will be furninhed gratis
lor all animals entered Tor premiums, ana grata
will be furnished at cost for those that desire lo
purchase.
