Society and members of the Committee of Ar
rangements will wear a badice designating their
office, aud it will be their duty as well as pleas
ure to attend to the expressed wishes and wants
of the exhibited and others, if it ia in their
power so to do. A select police force will be in
constant attcadaoco for tho preservation of order
and protection of property.
The trotting course is level, well graded, and
cne-'.aird of mile in circuit. Ample arrange
ments will be made for the convenience of spec
tators. Children under ten years of age not admitted
union accompanied by their parents.
Every person wirbinglo be enrolled as a mem
ber of this Society inuat apply on or before the
firr-t day of I be Fair, aud oa the payment of one
dollar to Ihe Troanurer shall receive a certificate
of membership, coatainiug the name of the ap
plicant and endorsed by Ihe Secretary.
Every person becoming a member as above
staled shall, on the presentation of his certificate,
receive a ticket which will admit hint free during
Ihe Fair. Any person complying with the above
regulations aud payiuS $10, shall become a life
member, and shall be exempt from all contribu
tions, and shall annually receive from the Secre
tary a free fumily ticket.

which can be had from the Executive Committee,
Trtaxurer or Secretary, or at the office on the
