Court opened at two o'clock, F. M.,
on Monday, the 18th, when tho names
of the Jurors were called. Twenty,
two out oi the twenty-four Gra'id
Jurors, and forty-three out of tho
fort-eifht Travis Jurors, answered to
their names. On a call ot the list of
Constables, it was found that, but
twenty, out of thirty-one, answered
to their names and made tho required
return.

and was dismissed, llo brought unit,
and the court and jury awarded him
33,000 damages. This is just about
the sum that every blatant loyalist
should pay, either to the government,
or to those they imprisoned and blundered.
