Honorable Samuel Linn, Esq ., President, and
his Associates Judges of tha Court, in tbe matter
of the estate of John Peter Rider, decoased, the
Petition of William C. Rider, of tbe City of
Penn in the Couuty of La Salle, and State of Ilia
nois, by his Attorney in faot, II. Buoher Swoope,
was presented, letting furth, that John P. Rider,
late of Covington township, in the County of
Clcarheld, died on the day or A. V.
1801, intestate, leaving issue and heirs at law, is
follows, to wit . George Rider, late of Dauphin
County, deceased, who left ohildron as follows,
to wit: Abner Rider, Buiannah, Intermarried
with George M. Botts, and Elisabeth, intermar
ried with Patrick Mc.Mullen, all of the age of 21
years. Peter Rider, now of Marsh Creek, in the
County )of Centre, Amelia, intermarried with Da
vid 8U Clair, of Covington township, in the
County of Clearfield aforesaid, Richard Rider,
late of Clinton County deed., who left a widow
named Susannah, now intcrmarriod witb Win
Huff, and two children. Win. C, Rider, the Pe
titioner, and Andrew Rldor, who ia nnder age
and of whom Robt. MoCormiek.of tha said Coun
ty of Clinton, ia Guardian : buphia, who was in
termarried witb Jas. Mulholland, Juo. W. Rider.

ty of Clearfield, that tbe said decedent died sei
sed in lee of and in certain real estate as follows,

partition to and among tha heirs and legal repra
aentatives of the said intestate, in such manner
and in sucb proportions as by the laws of this

parted and divided without prejudice to or spoil
ing the whole. And if such partition canuot be
made thereof without prejudice to or spoiling the
wbole, tbal then you cause the suid inqunst to in
quire and ascertain whether the same will con
