The Allegany- river runs through it and numerous springs come from it, one of which is the admiration -of ell persons who travel the Wellsville road. There are two frame barns and one frame house. There aro one hundred and twenty five thrifty apple trees, twenty-live of which are bearing trees. The plow land has been highly immured for two years and is in fine condition for the best possible faruling. Terms of sale will be reasonable.
