Storms 6. That it shall be the duty of the
supervisors, on or before the first day of June
of each year, so tile their duplicate for se
much of the tax assessed upon unseated lands,
in pursuance of the foregoing sections of this
act, as shalt at that limo remain due and un
paid, in the odice of the County Commission
ers for collection; when the said duplicate
shall have been filed as aforesaid, the county
Commissioners are hereby authorized and-re
quired to draw their - orders on the county
treasurer, in favor of the supervisors of the
proper townships, in stuns as may be desired
by them, to the amount of such duplicate; de
ducting therefrom such amount as will, in the
judgment of the county commissioners, be
sufficient to pay the commission of the county'
treasfrer, and cover such exoneration and
abat‘nents as will be likely to be made, and
shall deliver the same to the township treas
urer; the said thiplicate, when so tiled, shall
be collected by the county treasurer, as is
provided by law for the collection of other
taxes in anseatedlands, and . the tax so collect
ed shall be paid out on the said orders drawn
by thecea nty,.pommiesioners. •
