*rats, who approve the Kansas-Ne
braska bill 'and sustain the Admit:id
stration in everything but its treachery

Kansas is nut an Abolition affsir, nor
a Republican affair, in any proper
sense. It is simply and only the ef
fort of oppressed and abused peo
